Thank you for shopping with OxBlood! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your products will arrive.


Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, XpressBees, DTDC, and BlueDart to ensure timely delivery.

  • Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.


Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all locations within India.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount will incur standard shipping charges as applicable.


Payment & Cash on Delivery

We accept prepaid orders and Partial Cash on Delivery (P-COD) options. Please note that COD is limited and may not be available for all products or locations.


Possible Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery times may be affected by:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Courier or logistical challenges
  • Peak shopping or festive seasons

These delays are beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide updates and assistance to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.


Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

An order is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) when it is sent back to us by the courier partner due to unsuccessful delivery.

This may happen in the following cases:

  • The customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery
  • The order is cancelled by the customer after dispatch
  • The delivery is refused or denied at the doorstep
  • The customer is unavailable after three delivery attempts made by the courier company

In such situations, OxBlood is not responsible for the non-delivery of the order, as the shipment has already been processed and dispatched successfully from our end.

Re-dispatch of RTO Orders

If a customer wishes to receive the same order again after it is returned to us, the order can be redispatched only after payment of a ₹120 re-shipping fee.

This fee covers:

  • Return shipping charges incurred due to the RTO
  • New shipping charges for re-dispatching the order

Re-dispatch will be processed only after the payment is confirmed.

We request customers to ensure availability at the delivery address and provide accurate contact details to avoid RTO situations.
