OxBlood values your satisfaction and aims to offer a clear and transparent return, replacement, and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating any request.


Return Policy – Replacement or Refund

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

You can request a return in the following scenarios:
i. Product damaged – Refund/Replacement
ii. Wrong/different product delivered – Refund/Replacement
iii. Size & fitting issues – Replacement
iv. Issues with the colour of the product – Replacement
v. Quality of the product not as described – Refund/Replacement
vi. Other issues – Subject to review (Refund/Replacement)

Please note:

  • Replacement/refund requests will only be accepted if the product is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • No replacement or refund will be provided if the product tag has been removed.
  • Customers must provide a clear order opening video for damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims.
  • All requests are subject to verification and approval by OxBlood.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

At OxBlood, all products are subject to strict quality control and limited inventory management. To maintain product authenticity, quality standards, and operational efficiency, certain items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Products will not be eligible for return or refund if they are:

  • Worn, tried, washed, or used
  • Returned without original tags attached
  • Returned without original packaging
  • Damaged or altered after delivery

Only unused, unwashed, and untried products with original tags intact may be eligible for replacement/refund in cases where the customer receives a damaged product, an incorrect product, or a defective product. A clear order opening video is mandatory for all such claims.

Damages, Incorrect, or Defective Products

  • Customers must share a clear order opening video within 48 hours of delivery for claims related to damage, incorrect product, or defective product.
  • Claims without an order opening video within 48 hours will not be eligible.
  • Even in case of damage/incorrect/defective items, the product must be returned first. A refund or replacement will be initiated only after receiving and verifying the returned item.

Replacement Policy

If your order qualifies for replacement:

  • You must return the original item first.
  • After inspection and approval, the replacement order will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days (as per our shipping policy).

Refund Policy

If your order qualifies for a refund:

  • You must return the original item first.
  • Refund will be initiated only after we receive and verify the product condition.
  • Refund will be processed within 2 business days of approval.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment source within 5–7 business days (subject to your bank/payment gateway timelines).

Return Shipping & Charges

  • Customers can return the order using their own courier partner after return approval over email.
  • Alternatively, customers may opt for our return courier service. In this case, return pickup charges will apply, depending on location and courier service cost.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important:

  • Refunds and replacements are processed only after the original product is received back and inspected.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Please note, we do not offer refunds for products that have been used, tried, opened, or damaged by the customer.
  • Body shapers and personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Any mismatched, tampered, or used product will not be accepted.
  • For exchanges when the item is not damaged or torn but the customer, a fee of Rs. 125/- applies.
  • For returns when the item is not damaged or torn but the customer wants to return it, a fee of Rs. 70 applies.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Write to us at support@oxblood.in within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and required photos/videos (order opening video in case of damages/incorrect product).
  3. Once approved, you may:
    • Ship the item back using your courier partner, or
    • Request a pickup via our courier service (extra charge will apply).
